* Began professional musical career in Atlanta, Ga. in the mid 70’s. He’s an accomplished drummer/guitarist/keyboardist/vocalist/songwriter/performer.

* Toured with Polygram artist BENNY MARDONES (“Into the Night”) for 18 years as well as Johnny Van Zant (“Lynyrd Skynyrd”). Has written & co-written dozens of songs and several LPs including one co-produced with MICHAEL LLOYD (Barry Manilow, Debby Boone) in 1989 entitled “Benny Mardones” on CURB RECORDS.

* Produced and performed (in Milly Vanilly style) #1 Beach Music Hit by BILL PINCKNEY & THE DRIFTERS entitled “MOVE ACROSS THE RIVER” as well as Gary Bass and the EBS ALL-STARS hits “SOOTHE ME” and “YOU DON”T KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN TO ME”.
* Won two "CAMMYS" for Beach Music Producer and Engineer of the Year in 1995.
* Over 30 of Duane’s songs have been recorded by other artists and released on LPs or in movies including: EDWIN McCAIN, HENRY PAUL, THE OUTLAWS, BENNY MARDONES, JOHNNY VAN ZANT(Lynyrd Skynyrd) and movies “CAN’T BUY ME LOVE” (Touchstone Pictures) and the title track of the movie STREET SOLDIERS entitled “WE”VE GOT TO RUN” co- written with Benny Mardones.
* Duane has recorded with ALEX ACUNA, DAVE AMATO, JIM KELTNER, MARK RIVERA, MICHAEL KAMEN and the late JEFF PORCARO and BARRY MRAZ.
* Commissioned to write the original theme song for the NBA’S CHARLOTTE
HORNETS and the fight song for the NFL’S CAROLINA PANTHERS.
